The FAS activity focused on a scientific and statistical basis. The principal factor in the successful performance of AT-T has been the quality of our offered products and services. The Quality System is to be implemented within our organization shortly. The purpose is to assure that all the information on specification, services and on equimpents provided comply with the requirements specified by our customers, through appropriate controlling documents and as set forth by company management. All employees are given the responsibility and freedom to identify problems, affecting implementation of solutions to those problems and to control further processing and prevent delivery of nonconforming products or services until satisfactory corrective or preventive action has been conducted.
